1. Wallet Deposits
All wallet deposits are final and non-refundable. Once funds are added to your account, they can only be used to purchase services on our platform. We do not offer refunds for unused wallet balance.
2. Order Refund Eligibility
Refunds to your wallet balance may be issued in the following cases:
- Non-delivery: If your order shows no progress for more than 72 hours
- Partial delivery: Credit for undelivered portion only
- Duplicate orders: If you accidentally place the same order twice
- Service unavailable: If the service becomes unavailable after order placement
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Orders that have been fully or partially delivered
- Incorrect link provided by the user
- Private or restricted accounts
- Account suspension/deletion by the social media platform
- Password changes during order processing
- Drop in count after delivery (this is normal behavior)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Go to your Support Dashboard
- Create a new ticket with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your Order ID and reason for refund
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to your Trendr wallet balance, not your original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 24-72 hours after approval.
6. Drops & Refills
Some services include a "Refill" guarantee. If you experience a drop in count within the refill period, you can request a refill through support. Refills are subject to availability and service terms.
7. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may request a review by contacting our support team. Our decision on the review is final.
